Communications Outages

A Large outage of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and a few other carriers are having cellular issues concentrated in large cities. With threatening cyber-activity and solar related anomalies on the rise; an expectation of interruptions is expected. The concentration of outages are within AT&T networks which also is the designated company responsible for providing emergency communications with the Government.
